Rotary Water Spray Retort Opens a New Chapter in Food Safety
The intelligent rotary water spray retort machine is a rotary retort with a spray device added. It is an indirect heating and indirect cooling. The sterilization process water and cooling water are not in direct contact to avoid secondary pollution of the product. No water treatment chemicals are required. A small amount of process water is continuously circulated to complete the entire process of heating, sterilization and cooling of the product, which can save 15% of steam. The temperature and pressure can be linearly controlled to achieve the effect of balancing the pressure inside and outside the tank. There are water spray devices on the upper part of the kettle and the rotating body. When rotating, water is evenly sprayed around the material basket to ensure the heat penetration effect and uniformity of heat distribution. While ensuring the stability of the sterilization effect, it also ensures that the product packaging is not damaged.
There is a hot water tank on the top with a heating function to preheat the water. The water storage capacity of each storage tank can be used for sterilization, ensuring the continuity of equipment operation.
Tubular heat-exchanger and the latest optimized steam heating ensure the best heat distribution requirements. Spray sterilization is indirectly heated by the heat-exchanger to prevent secondary contamination of the sterilization water.
The biggest waste of thermal energy is space heat dissipation. Our company adopts multi-layer insulation technology to improve energy saving effects, reduce heat loss, and improve the workshop environment. The outer surface temperature of the cylinder is less than 40℃, reducing heat loss by 4% and saving more than 8% of steam energy.
