Our company brought a new design of sterilization retort machine with the size of DN1200*4000 to this exhibition. This equipment integrates the intelligent water spray sterilization and the intelligent steam-air mixing sterilization , which can realize two functions in one machine, achieve efficient sterilization, and maximize customer benefits.
The intelligent water spray retort is an indirect heating and indirect cooling type. It can control the temperature and pressure linearly to achieve the effect of equalizing the pressure inside the tank and outside the tank. While ensuring the stability of the sterilization effect, it also guarantees the product in good condition. The packaging is not damaged.The equipment fully complies with US FDA standards, and the temperature difference of the equipment is controlled within ±0.3℃.
The intelligent steam air retort machine is a steam retort with an air circulation device. Compressed air can be introduced during the sterilization process, and the temperature and pressure can be automatically controlled in multiple stages throughout the process. Steam is directly injected into the retort, and a large air volume fan is used to force the steam and air in the retort to mix. The sterilizer is equipped with inlet and outlet ducts to allow steam and air to mix quickly, solving the problem of dead corners of residual air in the retort, reducing the temperature difference in the retort, and ensuring that the products in the retort are subjected to the same temperature during sterilization. During the entire sterilization process, except for exhaust during cooling, no air release device is required during sterilization, saving more than 30% of steam.
You can choose to have a hot water storage tank on the top. The hot water tank has a heating function to preheat the water. The water storage capacity of each tank can be used for sterilization, ensuring the continuity of equipment operation.
