Supporting local rural education and helping disadvantaged students pursue their dreams is a long-term, dedicated public welfare mission. We understand that for villages around Zhucheng with limited transportation and resources, education is a crucial bridge to transforming children's futures and a source of hope for rural development. Therefore, we continue to launch public welfare programs to provide warmth and support to these children.
Over the past two years, ZLPH has collaborated with the Zhucheng Municipal Education Bureau and public welfare organizations in surrounding townships to conduct numerous targeted student aid programs in six impoverished village primary schools and teaching sites within Zhucheng's jurisdiction. Unlike general material donations, our team visits village schools before each event, meeting with principals and class teachers to gain a detailed understanding of the children's real needs. To address the issue of insufficient winter classroom heating in some village primary schools, we donated energy-saving electric heaters, allowing children to attend classes in a warm environment. Considering that many students live in remote areas and need to carry heavy items on foot every day, we customized durable backpacks emblazoned with the slogan "Chasing Dreams Together" and featuring built-in reflective strips for safety. For classes lacking extracurricular reading materials, we carefully selected books suitable for different age groups—from picture books and pinyin books to help younger students understand the world, to literary classics and scientific exploration books for older students. We also donated sturdy bookshelves to create "little book corners" for each classroom.
Donation sites are always filled with warmth. ZLPH employee volunteers arrive at schools early to help organize new books, set up the book corner, and teach younger students how to use their new stationery. During breaks, the volunteers sit with the children, listening to their stories of village life and sharing their latest experiences in the city, encouraging them to "study hard and explore the wider world in the future." At a village primary school in Zhigou Town, Zhucheng, a third-grade student excitedly told the volunteers, holding a new schoolbag: "This bag can hold all my textbooks. I don't have to carry books to school anymore!" These simple words deeply touched every employee who participated.
These public welfare initiatives not only improve the children's learning and living conditions but also plant the seeds of care in their hearts. Today, when visiting these village primary schools, you can see children quietly reading in the book corner during breaks and feel their focused eyes during class. This care from the company gives them the courage to face life's challenges and strengthens their determination to pursue their dreams. School teachers have reported that since ZLPH launched its student aid program, many students' learning enthusiasm has significantly increased. Second, we will launch a "one-on-one pairing" program, connecting company employees with students from struggling families to establish long-term connections, regularly checking in on their academic progress and answering their questions about growing up. Furthermore, we will invite students from these villages to visit the ZLPH factory, allowing them to experience the charm of intelligent manufacturing up close and personal, and planting the seeds of "pursuing dreams through technology" in their hearts.
